China → Mexico sea 40GP prints at USD 5,150–6,300, the most expensive lane in the LATAM cluster on the back of sustained nearshoring demand into Manzanillo and Lazaro Cardenas. The Pacific Alliance cluster — Chile, Colombia, Ecuador — clears at USD 3,850–4,700, around a quarter cheaper, with Callao tracking lower at USD 3,500–4,300.
Iberia sits structurally higher than LATAM. China → Spain at USD 7,900–9,700 and China → Portugal at USD 6,600–8,050 carry the Red Sea premium absorbed into the baseline since late 2023 — Cape of Good Hope rerouting has been priced in for nearly a year, not a surcharge anymore.
Argentina is the cheapest lane in the pool at USD 3,050–3,750. The discount reflects thin demand and FX overhang into Buenos Aires more than carrier competition. Chancay (Peru) is one month from its scheduled inauguration — Callao deep-sea volumes through Q4 are the early read on whether the new hub displaces share or sits alongside the incumbent flow.

For the ~14-16 emerging-markets lanes with no public benchmark (Middle Corridor, East Africa, MENA secondary, SE Asia secondary, Caribbean), no comparable data exists publicly.
