Nota del editor · febrero de 2026
February delivers the back-history's first clean Andean-lane divergence. Peru adds 40.86% in a single print as Chancay reroutes finally reprice the lane; the rest of the Pacific Alliance lags at +28%, Iberia decouples down.
China → Peru sea 40GP rose 40.86% to USD 2,950–3,600 — the largest single-lane move on the back-history outside the June 2025 pool GRI. Chancay (Peru) deep-sea services, scheduled and then delayed through 2025, finally compounded into the print as the Chinese-built hub captured displaced Callao volumes and carriers repositioned tonnage onto the new rotation. The Andean single-block run breaks at sixteen months.
The rest of the Pacific Alliance and Ecuador firmed at a slower pace. Chile, Colombia and Ecuador each added 28.43%, Brazil +22.35% to USD 2,350–2,850, Argentina +25.61%. The cluster still moved together but Peru pulled ahead by 12 percentage points — the first time the Andean trio has diverged from a fourth Latin lane in the back-history.
Iberia decoupled down. China → Spain shed 18.13% to USD 3,150–3,850 and China → Portugal -7.75% to USD 2,950–3,600. The January LNY-prep firm reversed cleanly on Spain as intra-Asia capacity released; Portugal held better but still gave back roughly a third of the January move. Mexico firmed +14.17% to USD 3,100–3,750 — recovering its premium over the Pacific Alliance baseline.

Las tarifas son las medianas mensuales propias de SINO Shipping sobre 26 rutas desde China — el libro de un solo transitario, no un índice multi-transportista. FCL/LCL/aéreo/ferroviario/exprés capturados la misma semana cada mes.
Lane Tracker publishes a single-forwarder benchmark. Where SINO's lanes overlap with FBX (12 routes E-W) or Drewry WCI (8 routes), we publish a delta vs the public index. For the ~14-16 emerging-markets lanes with no public benchmark (Middle Corridor, East Africa, MENA secondary, SE Asia secondary, Caribbean), no comparable data exists publicly.
Publicado mensualmente, la última semana del mes, con la metodología v1. Las correcciones materiales se registran en el changelog de la página de metodología; los snapshots de meses previos quedan congelados en sus valores publicados.
